Today marks a remarkable convergence of the Summer Solstice, June's full moon in Capricorn, and the International Day of Yoga. Embrace this unique alignment of energies for growth, alignment, and self-discovery.
Celebrate Today with a yoga practice by yourself or with a group, and remember these five gifts associated with yoga:
